This catalogue site does not sell products, collect payment or ship parcels. We do not have orders, accounts or return desks here.

There is nothing to return to us

We never held your parcel and we do not process parcels here. Our mailing point in Los Angeles is not a shop and has no stockroom. Boxes sent to that address get stuck and cannot be refunded. Start every return on the platform where the purchase took place.

How returns work at the retailer

Every purchase belongs to the retail partner you bought from. The order page in your account there has the return button. The return window, shipping conditions and refund timing belong to that seller and are shown before you confirm.

Before you return a cosmetic

Many sellers cannot accept opened skincare or hair products for hygiene reasons. Check the listing conditions on their site first. If a formula did not suit you, reading the ingredient list before the next purchase works better than a return.
