This page explains how orders move from the retail partner to your door. We show our 33 products here, but we do not pack boxes or hand parcels to couriers.

We do not ship parcels from this site

This site is a static catalogue. We do not run a warehouse, take payments, hold stock or ship parcels. You cannot check out here, and no box will arrive with our name on the label. Every shelf link points directly to our retail partner, where purchases are completed.

Tracking and delivery through the retail partner

After you complete an order at the retail partner, all delivery details live in your account there. The partner sets shipping rates, provides estimated arrival dates and generates tracking numbers. If a package is delayed, damaged or lost in transit, reach out to customer support at that retailer for help.

Things to check before you complete an order

Read the product listing carefully before placing an order at the retail partner. Check the net weight or volume in millilitres and grams, as some tubs and bottles come in multiple sizes. Confirm the seller name displayed on the partner listing page so you know who is fulfilling the package.
