Writing to us

Send us a note if you spot a mistake on this site, need to confirm an ingredient list, or want to know more about the 33 items across our four shelves. We read every message about our hair care, skin care, masks, and cleansers. We reply as soon as we can during the working week, though we do not set fixed response times.

What we cannot handle

This site does not take payments, pack boxes, ship parcels, or process returns. We cannot track a package, change an address, or issue a refund for your purchase. Those records belong entirely to your account with the retail partner. Our Los Angeles address is only a mailing point. It has no counter, no staff to greet you, and no space to accept returned boxes.
