How we handle your data on this site

This site is a static catalogue of our thirty-three products. We do not sell directly, we do not run user accounts, and we do not collect personal profiles.

What we do not collect from visitors

We do not ask for your name, email address or home address anywhere on these pages. There is no user registration, no customer account, no newsletter form and no checkout. The routine finder tool works purely inside your own web browser. It does not send your answers back to any database or server.

Standard technical server logs

When you open any page on our site, our hosting provider records standard web server logs. These basic records include your internet protocol address, the time of your visit, your browser type and the exact page requested. The host retains these files according to standard web maintenance procedures.

Visiting our retail partner

Clicking a link to view pricing or purchase an item takes you off our catalogue and onto the platform of our retail partner. We do not run their site and we do not see your account details there. Their own separate privacy policy covers everything you view, click, order and pay for on their platform.

Direct email correspondence

If you choose to write to our contact email address, we can see your sender address, your name line and the message you typed. We use these details solely to read your enquiry and write a response back to you. We do not transfer your address to any marketing lists or share it with third parties.
